ADMIFMS has an annual on campus placement process, which is supervised by the Assistant Professor (Training and Placement Officer) and coordinated by the students Placement Committee. Every year, the process is structured as per corporate expectations and students aspirations. The institute has a documented placement policy which is revised every year as per the corporate expectations and students aspirations. The placement process of the institute facilitates OJT, Summer internships and Final placement for MMS & M.Sc. Finance Students. For other programmes, the requirement is displayed on the notice board as and when the opportunity arises. The OJT/Summer internship is a mandatory credit component of the MMS & M.Sc. Finance Programme.

The institute provides 100 % support for OJT & Internships to students; it is viewed as crucial activities rather than mere academic requirements. The placement students team plays a crucial role in this process under the guidance of Training and Placement faculty to align the industry offers as per students expectations. Through strategic collaboration, students get their exposure to do their industry in diverse specialisations and try to engage them in meaningful, real world projects at leading organisations.
