BITS Hyderabad offers undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and doctoral (PhD) programmes. The most popular programme is the Bachelor of Engineering (BE). • M.Sc: First year fee ranges from INR 6.72 to 8.56 Lakhs. Total fee ranges from INR 33.58 to 42.82 Lakhs.
• M.Phil (Chemistry): First year fee is INR 2.86 Lakhs. Total fee is INR 5.72 Lakhs.
• PhD: First year fee is INR 38,600. Total fee is INR 1.93 Lakhs.

For the BE programme, the total cost of studying includes the tuition fee of INR 23.67 lakhs, a caution fee of INR 3000, and other charges of INR 1.59 lakhs. This brings the overall academic fee to INR 25.29 lakhs for the full programme. Students must also pay INR 3.42 Lakhs for hostel facilities. The total cost to each student is approximately INR 28.71 lakhs.
