B K Mercantile Bank Law College, Palanpur was established in 1998 by Banaskantha District Kelavani Mandal. Banaskantha District Kelavani Mandal has been making serious efforts to cater to the needs of higher education in this backward district of Banaskantha. The vision of the college is to establish and maintain a center for motivating, training, research, awareness, excellence and innovation in legal education with a view to developing and sustaining professionals in legal field and inculcating the spirit of the Constitution, Scientific temper, Secularism and Rule of Law amongst them.
