A Diagnostic Test is conducted to assess the foundational skills of incoming first-year B.Tech students and to identify areas that need improvement. The Vishnu Student Success Centre (VSSC) offers a holistic support system that promotes student growth and development. Its services include personalized tutoring, academic assistance, and career mentorship, all tailored to individual student needs. In addition, the Centre conducts workshops on wellness, personal development, and confidence-building to ensure well-rounded support for student success.

Women in Software Engineering (WISE) is a distinctive initiative that runs alongside the regular academic curriculum. It aims to prepare women engineering students for the global tech industry by equipping them with up-to-date technical skills. The program is delivered in two levels, where students are trained in the latest technologies, making them industry-ready and highly competitive.

Web Application / Gaming Development Skills (using Python) – Python is a powerful and versatile language used for both web application and game development. In web development, frameworks like Django and Flask allow for rapid creation of secure, scalable applications through built-in tools for routing, templating, and database integration. In game development, libraries such as Pygame and Panda3D support the creation of interactive 2D and 3D games, including graphics, sound, and user input. Intellectual Learning in Engineering Applications (ILEA) is designed to promote mindset transformation and self-reflection among students.
