A separate Training & Placement wing exists for the outgoing students for placements and higher studies (In India & Abroad), along with Soft Skills Training & Entrepreneur development training. A number of first batch of outgoing students have already been placed in organizations such as Infosys, Wipro, Satyam, IBM, Syntel, CTS, L&T InfoTech, Dolcera Etc.

A full fledged Training & Placement Cell headed by a Professor assisted by coordinators from each department and a computer operator with internet facility are in full swing.

In addition to the Soft Skills training program, we also conduct a 10 hour program to refresh the technical skills of the final year students to face the Technical test & Interviews. This program basically deals with “C” and Data Structures and is very much helpful for the non-computer science students who opt for software jobs.

Dr. P. Hima Bindu serves as the Dean – Training & Placements at CMR Group of Institutions, bringing over 18 years of rich experience spanning corporate, academic, and research domains. She holds an MBA, B.Ed., M.Phil., and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Osmania University.

With a strong foundation in HRM and student development, Dr. Hima Bindu has contributed extensively to research, with multiple publications and conference presentations to her credit. She has further strengthened her expertise through a certification in HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak.

In her leadership role, she plays a pivotal part in shaping industry-ready graduates by designing and implementing structured training programs that focus on both technical proficiency and soft skills. Her approach emphasizes holistic student development, combining academic knowledge with practical exposure, mentorship, and career guidance.

Known for her strong mentorship abilities, she actively engages with students to enhance their employability, guiding them through skill development, interview preparation, and career planning. Her efforts have consistently contributed to strengthening placement outcomes and building meaningful industry connections for the institution.

Dr P.Hima Bindu has 18 years of corporate, teaching, and research experience. She completed her MBA, B.Ed., M.Phil., and was awarded a Ph.D. in HRM from Osmania University. She has presented papers in various conferences and published over 15 articles in the area of HRM. She completed her certification in HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak. Her extensive experience in student management enables her to mentor and guide students. She has handled the training of students and worked towards preparing them for industry readiness
