International Institute of Management Studies (IIMS), Pune is a private management institute established in 2006 by SaiBalaji Education Society. It is approved by AICTE and holds NBA accreditation for its PGDM programme. The Association of Indian Universities (AIU) recognises the PGDM as equivalent to an MBA degree.

IIMS Pune does not currently appear in the NIRF Management ranked list. The campus is located near Hinjewadi IT Park, Pune, spread across 4 acres. It includes hostel facilities, a 300-seat air-conditioned auditorium, a language lab (German and Japanese), and a Wi-Fi-enabled academic block.
