IIEST Shibpur's campus is spread over 50 acres of land in Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal. It is located in the urban area of Howrah, near the banks of the Hooghly River.

The library has technical, professional, scientific, and psychological books. It also has weekly and monthly magazines and journals. Students can access any book based on their genre and readability.

All kinds of laboratories are available, such as computer labs, electrical labs, and communication labs. These labs are equipped with advanced types of equipment.

Medical facilities are available to treat sudden and unexpected accidents. Apart from basic first aid, there are also hospital facilities for major treatments and medications.

The canteen serves food with utmost hygiene and a healthy cooking process. The different eateries available at the canteen are Cafe Coffee Day, Nescafé, Ladies Canteen, and Nest-in-Cafeteria.

IIEST Shibpur has 17 hostels. This includes 2 girls' hostels for undergraduate students and 1 girls' hostel for PG and Research students. There are 9 multi-seated hostels for boys and 5 single-seater halls for boys.
