IIT BHU Integrated Dual Degree is offered in various specialisations. Valid JEE Advanced scores are a prerequisite for admission. For the non-GATE/JEE Advanced candidates, a minimum of 80% marks or 8.5 CGPA is required in 10+2. All other details have been tabulated below:

Ques. What are the rules for discipline change at IIT BHU?

Ans. The following rules have been laid down for discipline change at IIT BHU:

• Students will be allowed a change of programme on the basis of his/her academic performance, subject to the strength constraints of the different UGD/IDD programmes of different Departments/Schools, using the guidelines given below. Change of programme is a privilege and not a right. Change of programme shall be permitted at the beginning of the 2nd semester as well as the 3rd semester.
• The student (a) will not be allowed to change options after the last date of the application; (b) can withdraw his/her application within the specified period announced from the office of the Dean (Academic Affairs); and (c) must join the new allotted discipline and is not eligible for withdrawal.
