IIM Sirmaur admissions are mainly based on the CAT exam and the institute selects the candidates for its MBA program through a two-phase process. The 2 phases have been explained in the sections below:

Note: Trailblazer score: It is a bonus of 5 points given to candidates who have at least 2 years of full-time work experience in any NGO or anyone who is a medical doctor, entrepreneur, or national or international level sportsperson. Candidates with qualifications in creative disciplines, such as BDes, BArch, or BPlan, are also eligible to receive bonus points. Additionally, candidates who have completed any professional course like CA, CS, or Cost Accounting are also eligible.

Note: SAP Round: When seats at newer IIMs remain vacant after CAP rounds, a SAP round is conducted to fill the vacant seats. SAP Rounds usually have lower cutoffs and special seats for women candidates to improve the diversity.

IIM Sirmaur BMS Admission 2026

IIM Sirmaur is offering a BMS (Bachelor’s in Management Studies) for the session 2025-29. It is a 4-year program with a total course fee of INR 22.73 lakhs. The selection process will be based on the Aptitude Test Score (ATS) from the IPMAT exam.
