Welcome to the Training and Placement (T&P) Cell. D. G. Ruparel College's Training and Placement Cell ensures that some of the best organizations visit the campus on a regular basis to offer employment to the students to work in the areas of their course related domains..Over the years, the cell has maintained good and strong relationship with Industries across the country and as a result, has built up an impressive placement record both in terms of percentage of students placed, as well as the number of companies visiting the campus. The Cell organizes various training & personality development programs to ensure that the students are industry ready. It also assists the departments in organizing Technical Workshops, Guest Lectures and factory/plant visits for its students to some major industries in and around Mumbai. We truly appreciate the faith bestowed on us from several esteemed organizations and look forward to continuing our relationship with them.

To organize campus interviews for final year students with industries and reputed organizations from all over India. To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers. Maintaining regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, etc. Providing requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills. To provide counselling to each and every student from First Year level and work on their strength & weakness. Also provide proper guidance for various competitive exam UPSC/MPSC. GATE, GRE, TOEFL Defence.

• Eligibility for placement process will be based on attendance and performance of individual student at academic and placement module. • A student can apply to any number of companies i.e, IT / Core however after receiving first offer, Student cannot appear for placement processes further. • However, a student can appear for Dream status company placement processes. A student can avail only one dream status company offer. Placement cell will decide, declare and inform students about the dream status company. • Any communication from companies & vice a versa to the student will be routed through the T & P Office.• Student must ensure to inform T & P office about opting out of final placement process due to higher studies or Personal reasons.• The role of the Training and Placement Cell is of a facilitator and counsellor for placement related activities. Training and Placement cell does not guarantee a job.
