The centre functions with the primary objective of making students employable and then focusing on getting them placed in the reputed companies and organisations. To impart employability skills to the students the centre is engaged in training them regularly on various modules that make them enter and then adapt to the organisations. The training modules cover aptitude test, group discussions, interview techniques, self-motivation, stress management and the host of other need-based skills for the students. For this purpose, both in-house and professional external faculty is involved and the overall personality of the student is honed. The centre strives to open frontiers of knowledge and reveal new horizons of change to broaden mind setups and to create positive attitudes in the students by organising lectures, workshops, seminars and group interactions. The students get a lot of industrial exposure through their frequent industrial visits. Special classes are arranged for minority students and all those students who require special attention. Workshops and seminars are also held for teaching and non-teaching faculty to brush up their knowledge and skills.
