The systems and processes at the Institute are designed for integrated growth of students encompassing academic excellence and development of professional & life skills. The thrust is on ‘process oriented approach’ for designing academic deliverables and quality outcome. Every process in ‘Teaching-Learning’ has been identified and incorporated into the pedagogical design. This ensures delivery of quality output at pre-determined timelines. Apart from providing quality education, emphasis is on to develop leadership qualities, risk-taking abilities and decision-making skills right from the beginning of their professional education.

The two-year MBA programme conducted at Gitarattan International Business School is approved by “All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)”, Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The norms and standards, as laid down by the AICTE for the quality, viz infrastructure, faculty, computer hardware & software and library etc.; are followed by the Institute.

The Directorate of Training & Technical Education (DTTE), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) has granted “No Objection Certificate” for conducting MBA at the Institute. For the award of degree, the Institute is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. MBA programme at Gitarattan is conducted in two shifts, namely, MBA (First Shift) and MBA (Second Shift).

The reservation policy of Govt of NCT of Delhi is applied for allocation of seats to various categories. The reservation policy stipulates 10% seats for “Management Quota”. Out of the remaining 90%, 85% seats are reserved for Delhi candidates and 15% for outside Delhi candidates. Further reservation for specific categories is as per the guidelines of Government of NCT of Delhi.

Any recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. or

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology or any other subject with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or any qualification recognized as equivalent thereto with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. or

Passed the Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

The admissions are carried out strictly on merit basis first through Common Admission Test (CAT) by Indian Institute of Management (IIM) then by Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) by National Testing Agency (NTA) & after that by Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and CUET PG by National Testing Agency (NTA). For general and reserved categories, the University conducts central counselling for all the colleges affiliated with it for 90% seats except for management quota seats. Students are required to choose the college/institute during the counselling. For application forms the students are to respond to the advertisement by the University or its website www.ipu.ac.in. The Institute conducts admission for 10% management quota seats as per the guidelines by Government of NCT of Delhi.
