The students at Global Business School undergo a rigorous training and skill enhancement Pre Placement training as part of the Placement process. The Pre Placement training starts in the 1st Semester where every student undertakes a Skill Assessment Test ( SAT I) to identify his areas of competencies in Aptitude, English, Current News Awareness and Reasoning. Based on the SAT scores and the identifying the training needs, the students are administered the (SAT II & SAT III ) & Pre Placement Training which runs through the 2nd and the 3rd semester till they are equipped with skills to face the various interview process with the Industry .

Placement is Key Focus Area of GBS. The institute has a dynamic Placement Cell with the primary objective of sharpening the student’s skills in opportunity evaluation and helping them understand the task, decisions and knowledge that are required to turn the job opportunity into a good career milestone. The Placement Cell is responsible for industry interface, summer internships and the Final Placement activities.At GBS, rigorous structured training is practiced for enhancing employability skills to ensure high end best MBA placements in different industry verticals.

The placement Cell organizes various activities such as Guest lectures, Pre Placement Talks and Training workshops by inviting corporate stalwarts to the campus to strengthen the industry interaction.

The preparation for the Final Placements are done by organizing va­rious kinds of training programs and mock tests to transform students to crack interviews with companies on aspects related to Aptitude tests, Group discussions and Personal Interview rounds. Adding to the Pre Placement Sessions, students undergo a GDR (GLOBAL DAILY REVIEW) a unique competency development platform which develops the student to hone his/her presentation skills on contemporary topics synthesising aspects of Core Management Education.

We guide the students through the process of investigating all possible career options and help them make career choices which are considered based on their interest, abilities and work experience.

Internships are facilitated with Corporate companies with the sole purpose of enabling the students to relate their theoretical inputs with the actual business world. Some of the best companies are invited and are given access to the campus classrooms to train selected students for internships and are guided to undertake projects prescribed by the companies.

The task of campus placements will start from the onset of the 3rd Semester itself to ensure that by the time the students enters the final Semester more than 75 Percent of the placements are completed. We at GBS are highly obliged for the co-operation, guidance and support extended to us for summer and final placements of our students by various Corporate sectors. This valuable contribu­tion helps us to grow and place our B-School in the list of premier business schools in the country.
