The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of Government Arts College, Thiruvananthapuram organised an Orientation Programme on DWMS Registration & Coursera Enrolment on 31 July 2026. The programme was conducted with the objective of familiarizing students with the *Digital Workforce Management System (DWMS)* and the opportunities available through *Coursera*, thereby enhancing their employability and digital competencies. The session was led by Ms. Lekshmi K, Talent Curation Executive, Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC). She provided a comprehensive overview of the DWMS platform, explaining the registration procedure, profile creation, and the various career services available to students. She also introduced students to the Coursera learning platform, highlighting the wide range of industry-relevant courses offered through the K-DISC initiative and demonstrating the enrolment process. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various departments. Students actively participated in the interactive session by raising queries regarding course selection, certification, eligibility, and the benefits of completing online courses. The orientation was highly informative and successful in creating awareness about digital learning resources and career development opportunities.
