About the Institution
Gurukula Kangri (Deemed to be University) Haridwar, commonly referred to as GKV Haridwar, was established in 1902 by Swami Shraddhanand Ji to revive the ancient Indian Gurukul system of education. It is a deemed university under the UGC Act 1956 and is fully funded by the Government of India, approved by UGC and AICTE and accredited with NAAC Grade ‘B’. GKV Haridwar is a member of the Association of Indian Universities.
Admission Criteria: Entrance-Based Entrance Exams Accepted: JEE Main (B.Tech), CAT/CMAT (MBA), CUET (For the majority of courses), and GKV Research Entrance Test (For PhD). Application Mode: Online. Popular courses include B.Tech, MBA, and PhD programs.
