For M.Sc in Physics, you need a Bachelor's degree with Physics as a subject for three years or six semesters, and Mathematics at the 10+2 level with 55% marks. For M.Sc in Mathematics, you need a Bachelor's degree with Mathematics as a subject for three years or six semesters, and Mathematics at the 10+2 level. For M.Sc in Chemistry, you need a Bachelor's degree with Chemistry as a subject for three years or six semesters, and Mathematics at the 10+2 level.

The institute also offers Ph.D. degrees in fields including engineering and technology, fundamental sciences, humanities, and social sciences. For some courses, IIT Jodhpur also conducts personal interviews for final selection.
