About the Institution
CSIR-IICT was established in the year 1944, initially as the Central Laboratories for Scientific & Industrial Research, in Hyderabad. IICT is a constituent laboratory under the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR). IICT is recognized & funded by CSIR.
CSIR–IICT offers Doctoral programs with specializations in Chemical Engineering and Chemical & Biotechnology. The eligibility for enrolling in these programs is post-graduation with at least 55% marks. The fee is quoted as INR 4 Lakhs for the complete program with a duration of 3 years.
CSIR-IICT carries out the selection process on the basis of an interview & merit. Candidates can check the official website for walk-in interviews for admission to the college. CSIR-IICT Placement 2025 report has not been published yet.
