Indian Institute of Information Technology Dharwad, also known as IIIT Dharwad, was established in 2015 under the PPP model as an autonomous institute. This engineering institute is approved by the Ministry of Education. It has also been ranked 106th in the B.Tech category by MyKollege in 2025. IIIT Dharwad offers B.Tech, M.Tech (Research), and Ph.D programs. IIIT Dharwad provides B.Tech as its flagship course in different specializations of CSE, ECE, and AI & Data Science. To be eligible for this program, students must pass the 10+2 exam with 75% with PCM and have a valid JEE Main score.
