On 17th May 2026, Jagannath International Management School (JIMS), Kalkaji hosted the signing ceremony of an International Academic Cooperation Agreement with Pathumthani University International College (PTUIC), Thailand. The delegation from PTUIC included Dr. Chayarnithsarr Khanijor, Director of International Affairs, and Mrs. Nadhawadee Manchanda, Student Counseling and Admissions Advisor. The agreement was formally signed by Professor Dr. Anuj Verma, Director, JIMS Kalkaji, and Dr. Chhaynazar Khainajor, Director of International Affairs, PTUIC, aiming to establish a framework for academic collaboration, student and faculty exchanges, joint research, curriculum enhancement, workshops, conferences, and intercultural learning opportunities. The event was coordinated by Professor Dr. Harvinder Soni, Head – International Affairs, with contributions from Professor Dr. Anupama Sharma (HOD, PGDM) and Dr. Mukul Mishra. Students actively participated, ensuring a smooth ceremony. Discussions during the session focused on collaborative academic initiatives, international student engagement, faculty interaction programs, and joint research opportunities, emphasizing a shared commitment to fostering global academic partnerships, intercultural understanding, and academic excellence.

On 28th March 2026, JIMS Kalkaji's Leadership Series featured Mr. Agnelo Rodriguez, Founder Director of Carpe Diem, who shared insights on leadership, career pathways, and industry expectations. Hosted by Mr. Devansh Gupta, Director – Industry Alliances & Partnerships, the session covered Mr. Rodriguez's journey from a backbencher to a successful professional, highlighting challenges, resilience, and the importance of human values. He emphasized qualities like adaptability, agility, and empathy, while advising students to focus on attitude, habits, and character for long-term success. The session concluded with a memento presentation, offering valuable lessons on leadership and career growth.

On 7th March, JIMS Kalkaji organized a Gala Dinner Night to engage with its valued corporate recruiters and HR professionals, strengthening industry–academia relationships and appreciating their continued support in student placements. The event began with a welcome by the Placement Team, including Mr. Sidharth, Joint Director – Placements; Dr. Saniya Chawla, Associate Professor and Faculty Lead – Placements; and Ms. Jasmeet Kaur, Assistant Professor and Faculty Lead – Placements. Dr. Saniya Chawla delivered the opening welcome note, followed by a short video highlighting the journey, values, and vision of JIMS. Mr. Devansh Gupta, Founder’s Office and Director – Industry Alliance and Partnerships, spoke about the importance of industry collaboration in preparing students for the evolving professional landscape. Chairman Dr. Amit Gupta shared his vision for stronger industry partnerships and presented mementoes to corporate partners in appreciation of their continued support. The formal segment concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Director Dr. Anuj Verma, after which the evening continued with an informal networking dinner and live music, creating a platform for meaningful conversations and stronger professional connections.

On November 6, 2024, Jagannath International Management School (JIMS), Kalkaji, hosted its annual Campus to Corporate Meet 2024, themed "The Future of Work: Skills, Trends, and Technologies." The event provided a platform for students to engage with industry leaders and gain insights into evolving workplace dynamics. Dr. Saniya Chawla opened the event, emphasizing the importance of aligning academic efforts with industry demands. She also highlighted the successful collaboration between JIMS and Grant Thornton Bharat, where 60 students have secured placements, showcasing the impact of hands-on industry exposure on student success. The event’s highlight was a panel discussion led by Dr. Amit Gupta, Chairman of JIMS Group, featuring prominent leaders such as Mr. Prashant Mehra (Grant Thornton Bharat), Mr. Kapil Arora (BlackRock), Mr. K.S. Bakshi (Interglobe Enterprises), and Ms. Anita Verma (Excitel Broadband). The discussion centered on essential skills needed in a rapidly changing environment and the importance of continuous learning. For the first time ever, a leading management institution with glorious accomplishments of 25 years is collaborating with a leading consulting firm, Grant Thornton Bharat to launch a truly Industry Integrated Two Years Full Time PGDM & PGDM (IB) Programme approved by AICTE equivalent to MBA degree by AIU. This programme is focused on bridging the gap between the industry and academia through active participation of industry and corporate experts.
