The Directorate of Training Placement and Alumni Affairs (DTPAA) at Jamia Hamdard (Deemed to be University, New Delhi), is a dedicated department that facilitates industry-academia connect for nurturing meaningful relationships while creating platforms for internships, employment, and other aspirational opportunities for the students of JH. The DTPAA provides support towards aspiration understanding through career counselling, imparting soft skills training to students and offering platforms for exploring career pathways. By closely collaborating with our esteemed faculty and successful alumni, the DTPAA Department forms a strong alliance focused on guiding students through their career journeys. We thoroughly support our students in every aspect of career preparation, which includes crafting unique resumes, conducting regular training sessions, facilitating mock interviews and group discussions, administering aptitude tests, and organizing valuable mentoring sessions led by our accomplished alumni. Additionally, students benefit from hands-on experiences through meaningful interactions with our extensive alumni network and industry leaders. At Jamia Hamdard, the DTPAA is more than just a support system; it is a nurturing ecosystem that promotes the growth and professional development of our students, empowering them to excel in interviews and pursue fulfilling careers.

The Jamia Hamdard Placement Cell envisions empowering students by bridging the gap between academic excellence and professional success. It creates a dynamic platform for meaningful interaction between students and industry, ensuring graduates are equipped with the skills, confidence, and exposure required in a competitive global environment. The Cell fosters innovation, nurtures talent, and builds strong partnerships with leading organizations to shape industry-ready professionals.

The Directorate of Training, Placement & Alumni Affairs (DTPAA), in association with SEST, Jamia Hamdard, successfully conducted Alumni Meet 2026 to strengthen alumni engagement and collaboration across academic, industry, and research domains. Around 150 alumni from diverse fields such as IT, Engineering, AI, Cyber Security, and Entrepreneurship participated. A key highlight was the Alumni Experience Sharing Session, where distinguished alumni shared insights into their academic journeys and professional achievements, inspiring students and emphasizing the importance of adaptability, ethics, and continuous learning.

It gives me immense pleasure to introduce the talented students from our distinguished batches across diverse disciplines including Engineering, Management, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Law, Nursing, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Psychology, Allied Sciences, Food Technology, Biotechnology, and Microbiology.
