The Training & Placement Cell at JIT works closely with industry partners to facilitate a seamless recruitment experience. Based on the hiring requirements and eligibility criteria shared by recruiters, suitable student profiles are shortlisted and presented for consideration.

The recruitment process typically includes a Pre-Placement Talk, aptitude and technical assessments, technical and HR interviews, followed by the announcement of results and issuance of offer letters. Throughout the process, the Placement Cell coordinates with recruiters and students to ensure smooth execution, timely communication, and effective support.

From opportunity identification and student preparation to offer acceptance and onboarding, JIT provides end-to-end guidance, helping students confidently transition from campus to career.
