KITS Divili offers full-time Diploma, B.Tech (UG) and M.Tech (PG) programs. It was the first private engineering college in Andhra Pradesh to introduce Agricultural Engineering as a subject.
The B.Tech program is available in 7 specializations: Computer Science and Engineering branches, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Data Science. Total Intake capacity is 450 students. Admission to the KITS Divili B.Tech courses is based on AP EAMCET.
