The Training & Placement Department conducts training activities called “Vikas” to prepare students for their campus placement. The training is given throughout the four years.

In the first year the English professional communication course is integrated into the curriculum. In the 2nd year the Ice breaking sessions are conducted to remove the fear and inferiority complex in the students.

In 3rd year students are taught English (Vocabulary, grammar, verbal & comprehension) aptitude, soft skills, resume building and group discussions. In the final year rehearsals, mock interviews and communication training is imparted. Apart from this, all the disciplines under their forum conducts expert guest lecture sessions on fundamental subjects which helps students for placement in the core companies.
