The MMS program aims to develop competent, confident, and industry-ready business managers who can respond effectively to real-world challenges with clarity, analytical ability, and practical insight. In response to technological advancements, innovation, and socio-economic shifts influencing management education, the curriculum integrates emerging industry practices into the teaching-learning process to ensure students gain relevant knowledge, skills, and a practical managerial outlook.

The program emphasizes experiential and application-oriented learning through live projects, field assignments, internships, on-the-job training, and research work. These exposures help students understand industry environments and working methods while also encouraging entrepreneurial thinking and start-up readiness.

The program follows an outcome-based learning approach where each course and session has clear learning goals. Before the commencement of Semester I, students undergo an Induction Program and Foundation Course to familiarize themselves with the basics of management education, institutional orientation, and academic readiness.

The first semester builds a strong base across all core areas of management.

The second semester integrates classroom learning with practical exposure.

Students undertake a Summer Internship with an organization, culminating in a project report evaluated as part of the curriculum.
