<p>For admission through CLAT, the cut-offs are given as closing ranks for each counselling round. A lower rank number means a better score. The cut-offs differ for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law courses, and for each category.</p>
<p>For the General Category in 2026, the closing ranks for the BA LL.B. (Hons.) course were 1518 in Round 1 and 1573 in Round 2. For the BBA + LL.B. (Hons.) course, the closing ranks were 1770 in Round 1 and 1820 in Round 2.</p>
<p>For the General Category in 2026, the closing ranks for the LL.M. Constitutional Law and LL.M. Corporate Law courses were the same. The closing rank was 1726 in Round 1, 2028 in Round 2, and 2060 in Round 3.</p>
<p>The CLAT cutoff is influenced by several factors. These include the total number of applicants, the difficulty level of the CLAT exam, seat availability, and category-wise reservation. The overall performance of candidates in a particular year also matters.</p>
<p>MNLU Aurangabad releases different cutoffs for each round of CLAT counselling. The cutoff rank generally increases in subsequent rounds due to seat withdrawals and reshuffling of preferences. Candidates with slightly lower ranks than the Round 1 cutoff still have a chance of admission.</p>
