Moodlakatte Institute of Technology (MITK) is a rural based technical institution located at Kundapura, Karnataka. Conducted under the auspices of the M.B.A. Trust and founded by Late I.M.

Jayaram Shetty, MITK was established in 2004. The institute has 7 undergraduate and 2 graduate (M.B.A. & M.C.A.) programs approved through the University of Visvesvaraya Technology, Belagavi with NAAC and AICTE accreditation MITK provides up-to-date physical infrastructure and focused training via industry exposure with strong place-to-work placements. Its flagship undergraduate programs include: Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineer, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Information Science Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning), Computer Science & Engineering (Data Science) and Computer Science & Engineering (Cyber Security).
