Moti Lal Nehru Medical College - [MLNMC]

Moti Lal Nehru Medical College (MLNMC) was established in 1961 by Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the first President of India. The college is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University.

MLNMC is approved by the National Medical Commission of India. In the 2025 MyKollege rankings, the college secured the 135th position among medical colleges in India.

MLNMC offers MBBS, MD, MS, PG Diploma, and Paramedical courses. The MBBS program is the primary undergraduate course at the college.

Candidates need to appear for the NEET UG and NEET PG entrance exams for admission to MLNMC. After the NEET results are declared, a UP NEET counseling round is conducted to allocate seats to eligible candidates.

In 2024, the MBBS closing rank for the General Category under the AI Quota was 4648-13691 in Round 4. This cutoff applies to candidates seeking admission through the All India Quota.

The total MLNMC fees for the MBBS course are INR 1.35 Lakhs. For MD and MS courses, the fees range from around INR 90,000 to INR 31.5 Lakhs.

There are no direct placement opportunities at MLNMC. However, a mandatory internship program is available after completing 4.5 years of the MBBS course.
