National Power Training Institute (NPTI) was set up by the Government of India under the Ministry of Power. It functions as the National Apex Body for Human Resources Development of the Indian Power Sector.
NPTI (Eastern Region), Durgapur is one of the nine Regional Institutes of NPTI. It was established in 1968.
Location and How to Reach
The institute complex is located at the City Centre area on Michel Faraday Avenue. It is about 9 km from Durgapur Railway Station.
