NUSRL Ranchi offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes in law. The main courses are a 5-year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), a 5-year integrated B.B.A. LL.B., a one-year LL.M., and a Ph.D. in Law.

Admission to the undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes is through the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). The Ph.D. selection is based on a university written test or UGC NET-JRF, a research proposal, and an interview.

• B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) – 5 years. Eligibility: 10+2 with 45% marks and a valid CLAT score. First-year fees are INR 3.39 Lakhs, and total fees are INR 13.35 Lakhs.
• B.B.A. LL.B. – 5 years. Eligibility: 10+2 with 45% marks and a valid CLAT score. First-year fees are INR 3.39 Lakhs, and total fees are INR 13.35 Lakhs.
• LL.M. – 1 year. Eligibility: L.L.B. degree and a valid CLAT PG score. First-year fees are INR 2.99 Lakhs.
• Ph.D. (Law) – 3 years. Eligibility: Post-graduation with 55% marks. First-year fees are INR 2.5 Lakhs, and total fees are INR 7.58 Lakhs.

Fees can typically be paid in instalments for all programmes. The schedule and number of instalments vary by course and are shared during admission. Timely payment of each instalment is required to avoid late fees.
