My experience at NDIM is brilliant. NDIM helped me transform myself from an average individual to a thorough professional. The teachers are easily approachable and help us groom ourselves personally and professionally. This B-School is the Best Industry linked institute which provides extensive corporate exposure to its students. Corporate Skill Development classes which help us prepare for the business world are supplemented with active preparatory sessions for each company; personal attention is given to every student. NDIM helped me transform my weaknesses into my strengths leading to my placement in my Dream Company Deloitte just at the start of my second year.

My journey at NDIM has been full of learning, growth and fun. My transformation from an introvert student into a confident man who excelled in all the presentations, group discussions and interviews has been possible due to the exposure at NDIM. The faculty is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and puts a lot of effort into the growth of each student. The quality of companies that come for recruitment and the packages offered are quite impressive. I enjoyed my campus coordinated Internship and Live projects with Aditya Birla, Dabur and Wealth creations. These practical experiences were a superb value addition. I am very excited at my final campus placement with a renowned company like Deloitte almost 10 months before completion of my course.

In the beginning of my 4th semester, I got a final campus placement in my chosen profile with a renowned Financial Services company listed on the NSE. However, due to the sudden outbreak of covid-19 and related business disruption, my joining got substantially delayed. At this point NDIM was again very supportive and they helped me get an equally good alternate placement with a globally renowned financial services company, Ernst & Young. Overall, my 2-year journey of professional growth at NDIM was really thrilling and full of academic and corporate exposure. I enjoyed my stay at NDIM so much because I got to learn a lot of different things. The Faculty has been quite supportive at every step. Even at the time of final placements, when I was struggling in my initial interviews, the teachers and placement team were very cooperative, they helped me identify my weakness and overcome it, so I could get placed in my dream company. The corporate exposure at NDIM is phenomenal. In addition to plant visits, guest lectures, high profile corporate conferences, I was given practical experience through two internships with companies such as Aditya Birla and Ummeed Housing Finance. I am very thankful to every member of NDIM.

I am from Ludhiana, Punjab and being from a small town it was a dream come true when I got a campus placement in one of the world’s top MNCs Ernst & Young as a Financial Risk Analyst. It was because of NDIM that I was able to achieve this feat. This college is a platform where you can enhance your skills and achieve more than what you expect. I had a very enriching experience at NDIM. The faculty has diverse prior corporate experience and hence provides us with a broader perspective to business case studies. Placement cell is excellent and it gave us a lot of exposure through guest lectures, industry visits, corporate mentoring and multiple internships. My two years at this college were a golden period for me. Joining NDIM was the Best decision I have ever made.

I came to NDIM with the Goal of Learning one new thing every day and today when I look back at the year that has elapsed, I feel it was an amazing journey full of learning and meaningful experiences. The training at NDIM helped me smoothly sail through my summer & winter internships. Besides conceptual knowledge, NDIM taught me other key skills like how to build professional networks, make the best use of given resources and make business case presentations before senior managers. The feeling of getting my final campus placement so early in my course with the world’s largest asset management company, Blackrock was amazing and it made my teachers and parents proud. I sincerely thank NDIM faculties, mentors and the placement cell for helping me grab the wonderful opportunity of working with Blackrock.

My experience at NDIM was excellent. I am a BTech graduate and hence had a purely technical background. The highly experienced and helpful NDIM faculty constantly guided my transition from Engineering to Financial Management and Business Analytics field, in addition to helping me improve on my presentation, communication and soft skills. Any student with enough motivation can really excel under the guidance of the awesome NDIM faculty and make a great career with the support of the amazing placement team of the college. In addition to many avenues for corporate connect at NDIM, I got two internships with leading brands like Yamaha Motors and Ernst & Young which gave me a great opportunity to practically apply my classroom learning and shape up my skills for final placement. I am proud to share that just at the start of my second year, I got a campus placement in one of the world’s top Investment Management Corporations, Blackrock, in the role that I desired.

At NDIM, we learn how to prepare for the corporate world, how to upskill, groom and present our best foot forward and how to handle multiple projects and deadlines within the allotted time. In addition to Business Management lectures, the extensive Global Business Communication and Corporate Skill Development sessions offered by NDIM helped me improve my communication & presentation skills, confidence and business etiquettes. NDIM being one of the Best Business Schools offers top notch corporate exposure. I did internships through NDIM with renowned companies like Britannia and Hitachi and Live projects with Colgate Palmolive and iKure. All the learning and experiences in this college, led to my final campus placement with one of the big 4 Global Accounting and Financial Consulting firms, Ernst & Young (E&Y)
