Each member of NDIM works with complete dedication towards ensuring the Finest placements for its Students in the Companies of their choice. While on one hand focussed efforts are made from day one to nurture and develop our student’s potential towards better employment in leadership roles, simultaneously year-round diligent effort is made to add more renowned MNCs to our recruiter’s list and invite existing recruiters with higher packages and bigger roles.

The final placements for the 2018-20 batch were completed with 100% success much before completion of the course despite the 1st wave of covid-19 related lockdowns and uncertainty. Similarly, the entire 2019-21 batch also secured Excellent placements inspite of the economic turmoil and slowdown caused by the 2nd wave of covid-19.

The Placement season for the 2020-22, 2021-23, 2022-24 and 2023-25 Batches saw further positive movements year on year resulting in higher salaries, more offers and complete placement much before course completion.

The final campus placements for the 2024-26 Batch started in Sep 2025 itself (i.e. 10 months before course completion) and is proceeding brilliantly with many students receiving job offers from the biggest MNCs just at the start of their 3rd semester. As of Dec 2025 over 200 students have already received Full Time Job Placements in their Dream Companies. Many more companies are in the recruitment pipeline for the remaining students to ensure 100% placement much before the scheduled course completion in July 2026.

My experience at NDIM is brilliant. NDIM helped me transform myself from an average individual to a thorough professional. The teachers are easily approachable and help us groom ourselves personally and professionally. This B-School is the Best Industry linked institute which provides extensive corporate exposure to its students. Corporate Skill Development classes which help us prepare for the business world are supplemented with active preparatory sessions for each company; personal attention is given to every student. NDIM helped me transform my weaknesses into my strengths leading to my placement in my Dream Company Deloitte just at the start of my second year.

My journey at NDIM has been full of learning, growth and fun. My transformation from an introvert student into a confident man who excelled in all the presentations, group discussions and interviews has been possible due to the exposure at NDIM. The faculty is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and puts a lot of effort into the growth of each student. The quality of companies that come for recruitment and the packages offered are quite impressive. I enjoyed my campus coordinated Internship and Live projects with Aditya Birla, Dabur and Wealth creations. These practical experiences were a superb value addition. I am very excited at my final campus placement with a renowned company like Deloitte almost 10 months before completion of my course.

In the beginning of my 4th semester, I got a final campus placement in my chosen profile with a renowned Financial Services company listed on the NSE. However, due to the sudden outbreak of covid-19 and related business disruption, my joining got substantially delayed. At this point NDIM was again very supportive and they helped me get an equally good alternate placement with a globally renowned financial services company, Ernst & Young. Overall, my 2-year journey of professional growth at NDIM was really thrilling and full of academic and corporate exposure. I enjoyed my stay at NDIM so much because I got to learn a lot of different things. The Faculty has been quite supportive at every step. Even at the time of final placements, when I was struggling in my initial interviews, the teachers and placement team were very cooperative, they helped me identify my weakness and overcome it, so I could get placed in my dream company. The corporate exposure at NDIM is phenomenal. In addition to plant visits, guest lectures, high profile corporate conferences, I was given practical experience through two internships with companies such as Aditya Birla and Ummeed Housing Finance. I am very thankful to every member of NDIM.

I am from Ludhiana, Punjab and being from a small town it was a dream come true when I got a campus placement in one of the world’s top MNCs Ernst & Young as a Financial Risk Analyst. It was because of NDIM that I was able to achieve this feat. This college is a platform where you can enhance your skills and achieve more than what you expect. I had a very enriching experience at NDIM. The faculty has diverse prior corporate experience and hence provides us with a broader perspective to business case studies. Placement cell is excellent and it gave us a lot of exposure through guest lectures, industry visits, corporate mentoring and multiple internships. My two years at this college were a golden period for me. Joining NDIM was the Best decision I have ever made.
