NIIS Institute of Business Administration (NIBA) was established under the Nilachal Education & Management Trust (NEMT) by a group of dedicated professionals, industrialists, and educationalists to provide quality education and training[reference:0]. The institute is located at Sarada Vihar, Madanpur, Bhubaneswar[reference:1]. It is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, and is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Govt. of Odisha[reference:2].

The 10-acre campus is built with 2.5 Lakhs of built-up area and has several sections of academic wings, hostels, labs, workshops, playing fields, and leisure grounds[reference:3]. The institute offers MBA and MCA courses, with specializations in Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Business Analytics[reference:4].
