At RBSMTC (formerly FMCA), career planning and counseling for students are conducted through a well-equipped placement cell headed by the Dean of Corporate Relations, Mr. V.K. Singh, who has over 30 years of industry experience. The cell serves as a communication channel between prospective recruiters and students. Students are especially groomed as per the latest requirements of the corporate world by this cell, and the profiles of these students are supplied to the organizations interested in campus recruitment.
