The Training and Placement Cell of Raja Rajeswari College of Engineering headed by Mr. Parameshwara P, a professional with 18 years of experience in Training and Placements and IT Recruitment experience in IT Industry.

The department is geared up to provide its quality services not only in employment to students during studies, but also their employability through well planned and industry specific training, personality development programs to face the corporate world. The cell also organizes seminars, group discussions, and mock interviews as a part of career guidance and personality development.

The Placement cell established with main seminar hall capacity of 400+ seating, 450+ LAN connected systems, discussion lounge, board room, separate rooms for GD and interviews caters the requirement of corporates, and strives to full fill objective of the Placement Cell, ”Create future leaders to build nation with values, norms and responsible”.

Training and Development Programmes are conducted for students and faculty in a phased manner. Many high profile companies like SRIT-Dubai, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, hp, Siemens, Robert Bosch, L&T Infotech, IBM, KPMG, Microland, Infosys Technologies, SONATA Software, SPICA SOFTWARE SERVICES, Tech Mahindra, PARK Controls & Communications, SUBEX, HCL Infosystems, eCentric, TCi Technologies,Alpha9Marine solutions, visit and conduct Placement activities regularly.

To reduce the gap between candidate skills + knowledge and the industry needs by producing competent resources equipped with personality development and campus recruitment training along with professional etiquette & providing them the best possible opportunities to thrive in their career.

The Training and Placement Team of RRCE is dedicated towards achieving 100% placements and leaves no stone unturned in preparing Recruitment schedule of the year by inviting HR Teams of different corporates to ensure the smooth functioning of the Campus-Recruitment process. Meanwhile, numerous Training programs, Workshops, Seminars, Industry interactions, and also industry visits are conducted parallely with Regular one-on-one counseling for betterment of the students facing difficulties in interviews. Faculty Development Programs are conducted concentrating on 360 degree improvement in student performance through the skill development of the faculty. The Entrepreneurship Development area also is encouraged & monitored with the view making Job-Creators apart from Job-Seekers.
