About the Institution
Ramdeobaba University (RBU), earlier known as Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management (RCOEM), was started in 1984 by the Shri Ramdeobaba Sarvajanik Samiti. From the 2024-25 academic session, it officially became a university. It is approved by AICTE and accredited with an “A+” grade by NAAC.
RBU has been ranked by CSR Engineering Colleges Survey 2025 on 6th position as the Top Engineering Colleges of Eminence. RBU offers MBA and BTech as the most popular program. Admissions are based on merit in the last qualifying exam to all the programs.
The total fee for the B.Tech. program is INR 12.75 lakhs, while for MBA it is, INR 5.65 Lakhs. RBU Placement 2026 is ongoing. The highest package till now reached INR 52 LPA by Microsoft, while the international package stood at INR 50 LPA by Infina Labs (U.S.).
