Aditya Birla Group Pratibha Scholarships Renewal Renewal of previously awarded scholarships will be done between 15th to 30th September 2018 Renewal of Pratibha Scholarship Pratibha scholars are eligible for renewal in the subsequent years provided the student has passed and is promoted to next academic session. The scholarship committee reserves the right to renew the scholarship every year which is subject to minimum expected level of academic performance of the student. Incase a scholar is not promoted, then the scholarship will not be renewed for the new academic year. However, If the applicant is promoted in the following academic year, he/she can submit his/her papers for renewal of the scholarship. Illustration given below: Year 1 2017-18 Was selected as a Pratibha scholar Year 2 (renewal) 2018-19 1.Did not pass and is not promoted to the next grade at the end of year 2017-18 2. No renewal of scholarship for 2018-19 Year 3 2019-20 1. Promoted in academic year 2018 -19 2. Eligible for renewal of scholarship for academic year 2019-20 3. Can claim reimbursement of fee for the academic year 2019-20 Employees can renew their scholarships by clicking on the “Renew Scholarship” tab on the homepage. The online renewal application window and option for uploading supporting documents will be open from 1st to 15th September 2018. Candidates will receive an email invitation to renew scholarships, with details of the renewal process & documents required before the renewal window opens.
