About this Scholarship

The All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH) is an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India.

Located at Naimisham Campus, Manasagangothri, Mysore – 570 006, Karnataka, AIISH offers various academic programmes for the academic year 2016-17.

Applications are invited for the following programmes:

  • M.Ed.Sp.Ed. [Hearing Impairment]

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for AIISH admissions 2016-17:

  • For B.ASLP/BASLP: Candidate must have passed 10+2 with science subjects and must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
  • For M.Sc. [Audiology] and M.Sc. [Speech – Language Pathology]: Candidate must have a B.Sc. degree in relevant field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
  • For M.Ed.Sp.Ed. [Hearing Impairment]: Candidate must have a B.Ed. degree in Special Education with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
  • For Ph.D. [Audiology] and Ph.D. [Speech – Language Pathology]: Candidate must have a Master's degree in relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
