American Water Works Association-Awards
About this Scholarship
The American Water Works Association (AWWA) offers Academic Achievement Awards to encourage academic excellence by recognizing outstanding master's theses and doctoral dissertations addressing issues in public water supply.
The awards are open to any field, provided the work is directly related to the drinking water supply industry.
There is no citizenship requirement, and the manuscript must reflect the work of a single author.
The competition year runs from October through the September just prior to the application deadline.
Two dissertations and two master's theses are selected for awards, with first place authors receiving $3,000 and second place authors receiving $1,500.
