AMRITA Centre for Nanosciences And Molecular Medicine offers scholarships for Indian students.

The M.Tech in Nanoscience & Technology focuses on Biomedical applications and M.Tech in Nanotechnology focuses on Energy applications such as super capacitors, solar cells.

M.Tech in Molecular Medicine is a successful programme that focuses on molecular tools and technologies for diagnostics and therapy at the molecular level.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for the scholarships are as follows:

  • Nanoscience & Technology (Bio Medical Applications): Masters Degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Materials, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bio informatics, Zoology) or Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics, Biomedical, Bio technology, etc), MBBS or BDS or B.Pharm with at least 60% marks (or equivalent).
  • Nanotechnology (Energy Applications): Masters degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or a B.Tech in Electronics, Chemical, Materials Science with at least 60% marks (or equivalent).
  • Molecular Medicine: Masters Degree in any discipline of the Life Sciences, B.Tech Biotechnology, B.Pharm, MBBS with at least 60% marks (or equivalent).
