About this Scholarship
Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore offers PG Diploma Programmes in collaboration with Centre for Wind Energy Technology (C-WET) and Indian Wind Turbine Manufacturers Association (IWTMA).
The programmes are designed to provide students with advanced knowledge and skills in wind power development and wind resource assessment.
Eligible candidates can apply for the programmes, which have a duration of 2 semesters and a limited number of seats available.
The programmes are offered at no course fee, and placement will be facilitated by IWTMA.
A scholarship of Rs. 45,000 is also available to each candidate.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the PG Diploma Programmes, candidates must have a B.Tech. / B.E. degree with a minimum of 60% marks in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation Engineering.
- Alternatively, candidates with a B.Tech. / B.E. degree in other relevant fields may also be eligible.
- Candidates with a M.Sc. degree in Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics with a minimum of 60% marks may also be eligible.
