About this Scholarship
Army Welfare Housing Organization (AWHO) invites applications from reputed architectural consultants to handle the project of a residential group housing complex in Coimbatore. The scope of work includes preparation of concept plans, revisions, getting approvals from local authorities, preparation of tender documents/drawings, supervision during construction and handing over as well as final documentation.
The applicants should have experience in handling Group Housing Schemes of minimum 500 dwelling units or more in the last five years. The applications should be sent to Army Welfare Housing Organisation, South Hutments, Kashmir House, Rajaji Marg, New Delhi -110011 by 1st June, 2009.
The applications should include Registration Number with Indian Council of Architecture, details of the firm, its constitution, availability of in-house facilities, list of technical and office staff alongwith their qualifications and associate consultants, details of Group Housing Schemes of minimum 500 dwelling units or more handled in the last five years with cost, number of dwelling units, present status of work, name of the employer alongwith performance certificates from them.
