BIM Admission to Part time PhD in Management, Bharathidasan Institute of Management Admissions The PhD Program in Management is a non-residential part time Doctoral program designed to gratify the needs of working professionals. It is expected to prepare professionals for careers in management teaching and research, as well as, in management practice, consulting and development. Areas of Research BIM on the basis of its strength of its pool of core, adjunct and visiting faculty members, offers guidance in the disciplines of Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, General Management and Strategic and Cost Management. The Candidates after selection are expected to enroll in one of the broad areas stated above prior to commencement of the program. Eligibility Criteria 1. A master’s degree in any Management discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average recognized by AICTE /AIU 2. Five year integrated Masters Degree in Management with at least 60% marks completed recognized by AICTE/AIU 3. A professional qualification like post graduates from IIMs, 2 year full time PGDBM in any AICTE approved premier B school. Preference will be given for candidates who passed NET/SLET examination. Selection Process Candidates who have appeared/are appearing for the CAT/GMAT (two years from the date of the standard test and should be valid on the date of Doctoral Admission Test) will be shortlisted on the basis of the details in the application form and the scores of tests.
