To nurture and mentor innovative and emerging technologies/ entrepreneurs, to assist new enterprises to forge appropriate linkages with academia and government ? To create opportunities for starting new technology-based or knowledge-based businesses by science entrepreneurs ? To stimulate technological innovations ?
