About this Scholarship
The Central Seri cultural Research and Training Institute, Mysore, invites applications for its entrance test to be held in Mysore, New Delhi, and Kolkata for admission to the two-year M. Sc Programme in sericulture Technology.
This course is recognized by the University of Mysore and will commence in September 2008.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the M. Sc Programme in sericulture Technology, candidates must have a B. Sc degree with any three of the following subjects as optional:

- Zoology
- Botany
- Chemistry
- Biochemistry
- Microbiology
- Bioscience
- Biotechnology
- Environmental science
- B. Sc Agriculture or sericulture
B. Sc Sericulture graduates will be given preference.
