Forms can be had through post by enclosing a self-addressed envelope (12″ x 10″) along with a DD of Rs. 300/-.

SC / ST candidates are exempted from payment.

Reservation for SC / ST / OBC is as per Govt. of India norms.

The last date for sale and receipt of forms is 30th July 2009.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for admission to the university's courses are as follows:

  • B.A. (Honours) in History: A candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • B.A. (Honours) in Geography & Regional Development: A candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • B.A. (Honours) in Economics: A candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • B.A. (Honours) in Behavioural Science: A candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Five year Integrated Programme with exit option after three years at B.A. (Hons.) level: A candidate must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • M.A. English Studies: A candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
