About this Scholarship
Chettinad University invites applications from eligible candidates for admission to various courses for the 2013-14 academic year.
Candidates from any state or union territory of India can apply without any domicile restriction.
The following courses are available:
- M.D. & M.S. Clinical Courses (permitted by Medical Council of India, New Delhi)
- M.D. (Paediatrics) - Letter of Intent received
- M.D. (Psychiatry) - Letter of Intent received
- M.D. (Radio-diagnosis)
- M.S. (Otorhinolaryngology)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Embryology (1 year)

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria for each course are as follows:
- M.D. & M.S. Clinical Courses:
- Must have qualified in M.B.B.S. Degree Course from a Medical College recognized by the Medical Council of India.
- Must have completed C.R.R.I. on or before 31.03.2013.
- Must have obtained Permanent Registration with the Medical Council of India or any of the State Medical Council.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Embryology:
- Must have qualified in M.B.B.S. or B.D.S.
How to Apply

<li>Application forms will be issued from 08.04.2013 (Monday).</li>
<li>For M.B.B.S. course:</li>
<ol>
<li>Age limit: Should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31.12.2013.</li>
<li>Must have passed HSC/CBSE/ISCE in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Botany and Zoology /Bio-technology and English individually.</li>
<li>Must have obtained a minimum of 75% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Botany and Zoology/Bio-technology.</li>
