For application details, read prospectus which can be obtained along with application form w.e.f. 04.06.2012 upto 04.07.2012 on cash payment of ? 500/-. Request for supply of application forms by post should be accompanied with a self-addressed envelope, size 30cm x 22cm (stamped ? 75/-) in addition to demand draft of ? 500/- in favour of DIRECTOR, DIPSAR. Form can also be downloaded by logging at www.dipsar.in. Completed application form along with attested photocopies of certificates, testimonials, photographs and demand draft will be received at DIPSAR upto 5:00 p.m. on 4th July, 2012. Separate application forms should be submitted for each course. Incomplete application will not be considered and shall be rejected.
