Admission to New PG Programmes IIT Kharagpur Admission to New PG Programmes IIT Kharagpur Applications are invited for admission to the following PG programmes introduced from the academic year 2006-2007: 1. Two year MTech in Earth System Science & Technology 2. Two year MTech in Media and Sound Engineering 3. One Year PG Diploma in Rural Development 4. One year PG Diploma in Telecommunication Network Planning and management Candidates for programmes 1,2 & 3 should be GATE qualified, candidates admitted to the MTech programmes will receive assistanship of Rs.5000 p.m. . Programme 4 is self-financed requiring a fee of Rs. 75,000 per semester .
