Indian Institute Of Technology Kharagpur-Admission Notification 2015 Indian Institute Of Technology Kharagpur Indian Institute Of Technology Admission Notification To Two Year Residential LL.M (MASTER OF LAWS) Programme 2015 ADMISSION NOTIFICATION TWO YEAR RESIDENTIAL LLM (MASTER OF LAWS) PROGRAMME Core Areas of Study Includes: Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, International Law, Constitutional Law, Competition Law, Criminal Justice, Taxation Law Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the program, a candidate must have: i. First Class or equivalent (Minimum of 60% marks OR a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale) in Bachelor of Laws LL.B./B.L. (5 years) program from any recognised University, or ii. First Class or equivalent (Minimum of 60% marks OR a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale) in Bachelor of Laws LL.B./B.L. (3 years) program from any recognised university along with Bachelor’s Degree (not less than 3 years) in Humanities/Science/Commerce or equivalent. iii. For students completed LL.B. Degree from the School with CGPA of 8.5 or above will be eligible for direct admission to the Programme. Mode of Selection: All India Common Entrance Test conducted by the School/CLAT, followed by GD/PI.
