Ph.D. programme in Materials Science, Chemical Science and Biological Science. The Integrated Ph.D programme in Biological Science will be independently offered in the disciplines of ‘Evolutionary and Organismal Biology’ and, ‘Molecular Biology and Genetics Eligibility criteria for Int. Ph.D Programme Materials Science: Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Science. Those with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with an aptitude towards scientific research will also be considered. Candidates are expected to have sound knowledge in the fundamentals of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, Chemical Science: Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Science with Chemistry as a major. Biological Science: a) Evolutionary and Organismal Biology: Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Statistics.
